Remote support in Tenbyte Dashboard

The Smart Mirror supports an optional remote support agent that can be installed directly on the device.

When this feature is enabled, the Tenbyte support team can securely access the mirror for:

  • troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • maintenance tasks and operational checks
  • remote software updates and fixes

You stay in control: remote access is only active while support is enabled in the dashboard.
